Made-to-Order Products
All Haunted Racing products are made to order. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, made-to-order and personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a full replacement or refund. To request this:
- Email info@officialhauntedracing.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We will respond within 48 hours
Giveaway Entries
Entry fees are non-refundable once a purchase is confirmed and entries have been allocated. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding the physical product received.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement before production begins. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be accepted as production will have started.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on made-to-order items unless the item is defective or incorrect.
