OFFICIAL RULES: [PROTOCOL: MALEVOLENT] S1000RR GIVEAWAY

1. THE PROMOTER The promoter is Official Haunted Racing, registered in England and Wales , with its registered office at 1st floor flat, 23 Selbourne Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 3AJ.

2. ELIGIBILITY & TERRITORIES This promotion is open to legal residents of the following countries ("Permitted Territories") who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry:

  • United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

  • United States (Excluding Florida and New York due to state registration requirements). "Void where prohibited by law."

  • Canada (Excluding Quebec; winners must complete a skill-testing question).

  • Germany, Republic of Ireland, New Zealand, and select Australian States (WA, VIC, QLD).

  • EXCLUSIONS: Residents of Italy, Spain, Poland, Quebec (Canada), and any other country not listed above are ineligible.


3. HOW TO ENTER The "Malevolent" giveaway opens at [12pm/20.06.26] and closes at [12PM/04.07.26] (the "Closing Date").

  • Paid Entry: For every £1.00 (GBP) spent on [officialhauntedracing.co.uk], the customer will receive one (1) entry into the draw. Calculations are based on the total order value excluding shipping and taxes. ViralSweep tracks these entries automatically upon checkout completion.

  • Free Entry Route: To enter without a purchase, send an unenclosed postcard via first or second-class post to: [1st floor flat, 23 Selbourne Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 3AJ.]. It must include:

    1. Your Full Name

    2. Email Address

    3. Phone Number

    4. The phrase: "Protocol: Malevolent Entry. All free entries must be received by the Closing Date.  

  • Each post card entry is equivalent to ten (10) entries. Limit of one (1) postcard per person/household 

  • Free entries must be received by the Closing Date. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt 

4. THE PRIZE

  • The prize is a BMW S1000RR [2017] (the "Prize").

  • The Prize is sold "as seen." The vehicle will have a valid MOT, in accordance with UK consumer law. Vehicle will need to be taxed by the winner once documentation is passed over.

  •  "Official Haunted Racing" are not responsible for taxation of vehicle.

  • The Promoter provides no warranty beyond any existing manufacturer warranty.

  •  International Winners: Winners residing outside of the United Kingdom will automatically receive the Cash Alternative of £8,000 GBP in lieu of the physical Prize. This will be paid via bank transfer. The Winner is responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges applied by their receiving bank.

  • The Prize for UK residents is the BMW S1000RR. A UK winner may elect to take the £8,000 Cash Alternative instead of the vehicle at their sole discretion.

  • For winners located in the USA, Canada, or other Permitted Territories, the Winner will receive the cash alternative The cash alternative is fixed at £8000. This will be paid via bank transfer.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries (paid and free) using the ViralSweep Random Generator within [7-14] days of the Closing Date.

  • The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided at entry.

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

  • The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and residency. Failure to provide this within 7 days of the request may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

  • If a Canadian resident is selected, they must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question administered via telephone or email before being declared the winner.

6. DATA PROTECTION By entering, you agree that the Promoter may use your data to administer the giveaway. Any marketing opt-ins are separate and governed by our Privacy Policy. In accordance with ASA guidelines, the winner’s surname and county may be published or made available on request.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any damage/injury resulting from the use of the Prize once handed over.

All products sold on officialhauntedracing.co.uk are made to order. Product images are for illustrative purposes and slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Orders placed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Giveaway

Purchases made during an active giveaway period automatically qualify for entries as displayed on the product page. Entry allocation is calculated at the rate applicable at the time of purchase. Haunted Racing reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway in accordance with the full Giveaway Terms & Conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, logos, text, and branding is the property of Haunted Racing and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Haunted Racing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
